An experienced facilitator with Executive Teams and Boards, Gabi brings deep expertise in values-driven culture design, leadership capability and team development.

Certified as an Executive Coach (IECL) and accredited in MBTI, LSI, HBDI, and Signature Strengths, Gabi combines insight with evidence-based tools to drive personal, team, and organisational growth.

Gabi holds a Master of Commerce (HRM) and a Bachelor of Social Science and Policy, from UNSW.
